Tim Lawson and Nicholas Owen, the directors, and have a diverse and long experience, and are highly regarded within the property profession.

We are active members of The Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors, The Chartered Institute Of Building, The Society For The Protection Of Ancient Buildings, The Building Limes Forum and the Georgian Group.
Tim started his professional career in rural estate management and has held senior positions with some of the country's leading firms of Chartered Surveyors.
It was a natural progression for him and Nicholas Owen to combine their knowledge and experience, and establish Property Pathfinder Ltd in 2001.
Tim now specialises in project managing the construction and renovation of large country houses.
After graduating from The Royal Agricultural College in the mid 1980's, Nicholas started his career managing country estates. He moved into general practice survey and valuation work and returned to Cirencester in 2001 to join Tim Lawson to found Property Pathfinder.
He specialises in a variety of survey work, planning & development, valuations for private and commercial clients, Housing Associations and other ad hoc professional work.
George Lawson joined Property Pathfinder in the summer of 2012, having completed a degree in Business in Property at the University of the West of England.
George has a passion for traditional architecture and is a member of SPAB and The Georgian Group. He has a keen interest in historic mortars and renders having had a paper published by the Building Lime Forum journal. When time allows, he likes to visit historic houses both in the UK and in europe.
George’s main role within Property Pathfinder is to lead complex construction and conservation projects of Historic Country Houses.
Matthew joined Property Pathfinder in 2021, and is now a key member of the Building Surveying Team.
Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in laser scanning, reality capture and land surveying. He holds a drone pilot's licence, and has pioneered our use of drone photography for enhancing our surveying service for clients.
Matthew has a keen interest in Historic buildings & architecture.

Julie's principle role is office manager, and she provides admin support to Nicholas Owen and the survey department.
Julie joined Property Pathfinder in 2016, having previously enjoyed careers in the health service and education sectors. This included planning, managing and maintaining buildings/premises.
