Project Overview (Grade I Listed) :
Complete refurbishment and repair of a 600-year-old Cotswold Manor House over 10 years.
Property Pathfinder lead a team of consultants through the complex planning and construction phases of the project.
Extreme attention detail and the highest quality craftsmanship were used. It was essential to use historically correct building techniques and materials during the refurbishment due to the property's high significance.
Complete renewal of M&E services and new build construction of a new build kitchen extension and a basement that included a wine cellar and plant room.
The main driver for the project was to achieve the highest level of quality possible.
