• Reviewing the most appropriate and cost effective way to appoint contractors and craftspeople,
• Managing the day-to-day running of the project and providing leadership based on knowledge and experience,

We devise and lead projects of values from £200,000.00 – £20,000,000.00

Our specialist knowledge gained from working with historic country houses means we understand how historic houses work, how to maintain and improve them. 

Disasters - Fire & Flood

We are specialists in advising clients on the comlex consequences of the initial loss and re-construction of historic buildings following a disaster such as fire or flood.

The early appointment of an independent specialist surveyor such as Property Pathfinder is essential to a successful outcome.

New Build

We have considerable experience on the new build construction of country house projects that include multi-phases of construction throughout the estate to include stables, barn complexes, estate-wide underground services, yards, drainage, dams, walled gardens, summerhouses, tennis courts and both open and enclosed swimming pools.

Special Projects 

We have experience refurbishing hotels and cinemas for commercial clients. These projects involve some highly specialised skills such as disabled access, acoustic attenuation, air handling, energy conservation, lighting, air conditioning, fire safety, audio visual technology, connectivity and interior design.
